My order was placed through the mobile app and was ready by the quoted time. Such a breeze to pick up. Loved how they gave me the excess juice that didn't fit in my cup because of the added ice.

I choked on this half way through my dragon fruit smoothie
This is the second time I choked on plastic not sure whats going on in there now, they do have a couple of new faces, I walked in being the only person in there, ordered one smoothie and sat by counter like normal to get my order 2 other people walked in to order not pick up but placed a order as I did, well them same people walked out with one a smoothie and one a bowl while I still sat waiting for my order definitely not a good vibe here anymore this is normally my favorite spot being i only eat fruit, I added the second picture with plastic

My online order was ready before estimated pick up time. Associate from other side of counter came to assist when he saw his counterpart was already assisting another customer at pick up station. I was in and out in less than 2 minutes which is wonderful for those only getting a 30 min lunch break

This is more about my previous experience here but there is one employee that got irritated with me because I mentioned the smoothie tasted really watered down. This was the first time ever I had complained but the employee was showing his frustration to his coworkers and talking about me while I was there. Thankfully the other employees stepped in to let him know it was not appropriate to be reacting that way. Ever since then I only do pickup unless emergency and if not go in person to make sure he isn’t there.

It's super cute and cozy in here, the workers are very sweet, friendly and quick and everything is fresh, no silly sorbet fillers in the smoothies!
