I’m a returning customer who used to go weekly but due to long wait times, mediocre customer service, and prices, I haven’t been back in some time. Like most times, I placed my order online and killed time in the plaza. I came in approximately 8-10mins after the expected time and when I got to the counter was not greeted despite 5 employees standing in the service area. It took for someone to look up from cleaning the counter to greet me and then grab my items from the fridge. I understand the demand, the younger generation and customer service but there’s a need for improvement but I’ll still support Nektar.

Their staff is not.properly trained they kept doing the orders wrong. The place is super dirty, tables, windows, door, floors and the inside garbage can hasn't been cleaned ever.
Customer service was great, my chocolate peanut butter drink had wayyyyyy too much peanut butter. Too thick and i couldn’t drink it.

2 things:
The updated app is good. tried it several years ago and it would never allow payment with my credit card, but this time I tried the updated app and it worked well, except that I did not see a way to add fresh pineapple to my Greenie juice.
Been ordering medium Greenie the last couple years, and whenever I ordered ice, they put the juice in a large cup so you weren't paying for the lost volume of juice taken up by the ice - love the generosity, but 2 of my last 3 times I ordered a medium Greenie with ice it was in a medium cup - kind of disappointing after being spoiled. I'm wondering if the new staff have not been properly trained or if the previous policy of generosity has been changed?
