Nekter Juice Bar - Stockton

I came into the store with my daughter and was greeted right away from a gentleman named Mayur. He was very accommodating and had great customer service. I would recommend this place to everybody.

I usually love coming to nekter but over time the service has gone down. I understand the rush of people coming in but it’s always important to greet customers but everytime it’s almost like the employees are annoyed. Even when waiting for my online order they give no attention until they’re completely done with other order while mine sits in the little fridge on the side. It would just make it better if the service was there at least.

Usually would give 5 stars to nektar but today was a joke. Specifically the girl with the numbers tatted behind her ear. I asked her if my pickup order was ready and she looked directly at it and the receipt in the fridge. Then proceeded to walk away and continue working without saying a word to me. And then acted like I wasn’t even there. She shouldn’t be in customer service if she can’t deal with customers. Mind you there were 7 employees working…..not cool

It was a longer wait than usual, but overall a good experience…

the juice was fine and made well. the dragon fruit bowl was so watery and it could've been a smoothie at that point. I always come here but the consitency should be better
