It was quick but my bowl was not good at all. I ordered a protein power bowl with vanilla whey powder and it seems like they didn’t even bother to mix the protein powder. I was getting chunks of it in my mouth. I went to Jamba Juice after to get a açaí bowl.

Overall, I like Nekter.. the items are a bit overpriced but that’s a compromise for quality. The customer service quality is a “hit or miss” some days but I would like to contribute it to “being busy”. I place my order online 98% of the time and the speed I receive my order is great.

I feel like it’s a good experience- I think maybe calling out the names of the mobile orders once done instead of putting them in the fridge immediately could be helpful. I was waiting on my mobile order after checking in - when it was made in front of me and put in the back of the fridge. I had to ask if it was ready again- but it was so busy- it took a while for someone to come over to be able to ask.
