We were driving through and found that the quality of this Nekter did not even come close to comparing to the quality of our usual Nekter. The acai bowls consistency was not as good and felt it was missing ingredients- it tasted more like a strawberry banana smoothie. The fruit on top was not cut well and presentation was off, including there was much less food in the bowl overall. We will not come back to this store on our future trips to CA.

The smoothie that I order is never consistent. It's either watery or just right. The girls here always seemed bothered with scanning my app. Customer service needs work but I come here for the product only.

I didn’t receive the peanut butter scoop on top of my bowl that I paid for. This happens to me about 75% of the time. My husband picked up my order and didn’t notice until he brought it home.

I love the ambiance and cleanliness of this place. Nice small cozy indoor dining area and bathroom is clean. The staff are great. I love their pressed juice.
