Order was not ready, order was oatmeal. Perhaps starting first thing in morning to be ready by the 1st hour of the day.
On my Prior visit, my order was skipped over and had to actually ask what happened to my orde, because several customers after me already received their items. I really enjoy Neckar products, I would hate to stop being a customer because of your customer service. Please try and do better, Thank you.

Quite pricy, but the service, and order times is great even with other customers asking staff who are making smoothies questions about the ingredients facts. If you don't like this smoothie shop there's a Jamba juice about two stores to the right.

I always love coming to this location. I usually preorder on the app and my order is always ready when I walk in the door. The customer services is always great and the crew is very kind and friendly.
