I placed an online order and I waited the 15 minutes that it said it would take. I went to the counter and was asked if i had a mobile order, the girl behind the counter said okay and just walked away. I assumed maybe it just wasn’t ready yet. I sat for another 1s it’s when I started to notice people that had just walked in and order receiving their orders. I went back to the counter and was asked again if I had a mobile and someone finally checked the fridge to see my items sitting there for about 20 minutes the whole time I was there.

I wish there was a better way to pick up your drive up order. Sometimes you have to wait in line when yours is already ready!!! But I love it here quality and staff are always great.
