Honestly I know the attendants are busy- but it takes a few minutes to be acknowledged at the pick up area- you’ll catch eye contact a few times when there calling out orders to be picked up that are ready but that is it- till someone is finally are you here for a pick up- what’s the name- some of the people look like they don’t want to be there- but we all have bad days- I get it- maybe you should just have someone work the counter specifically just for order pick ups- so the turn around is quick and seamless- so you don’t get a huge crowd standing in each others way - waiting for there order- just an idea. Because the whole time my order had been in the little fridge there ready- I could’ve been in and out quickly making room for others to get there’s.
