It was convenient ordering through the app, although the app seems a bit buggy. When I went in to pick up, the girl at the front didn’t smile and didn’t come off as friendly. She seemed a bit cold, didn’t greet me, and seemed annoyed when she asked me if if I was ordering or picking up. To be fair though, my previous experiences at this location with staff has been good. Guess there was an off day.

Good, except you need to add the option for "no chia jam" for the strawberry banana smoothie when ordering online. I have to call to tell them no jam.

Ordered through the app for pickup at this location. App gave me something like 10-15 minutes until it would be ready. I drove there, parked, and walked in. I stated that I was there to pick up and she asked me my name and then went over to what I could see what the printer. She then says "We're just finishing that up for you" while grabbing an empty blender and STARTING it while I was standing there. I was a little aggravated as I specifically chose this location so as to not have to drive past my subdivision street to go to the one in Surprise. So it was kind of out of my way but I figured by the time I arrived it should be ready so it'll be "quick". It wasn't. I walked in about 2 minutes until the given ready for pick up time. I have proof on my phone. Please train your employees to constantly be checking the online/mobile app orders. Sometimes we are in a hurry and that's why we choose to order ahead!

The gurls are sweet but for months now my order comes out superrrr watery and thats with extra protein powder and extra bananas which i get only because its been watery i want it thicker. Even then its still not right. And for months now the way they prepare the drinks are just super sloppy and my chia seeds on my pb and j get mixed in and this last time they didnt add any of the strawberry chia. I go to another location near by and they make it oerfect everytime but it seems like here the girls dont care, arent following the recipe or just dont know how to make the drinks. I work in the same plaza so this location is convient but everytime i think about getting nekter im like “mmm no they dont make it right here”
