Server was not helpful with explaining drink options and then didn’t make the drink I ordered. Then got upset with me for letting her know that she made me the wrong drink.
I love Nekter. The store was busy but I had submitted an online order which was to be ready at 9:38 but wasn’t ready until 10:04. I understand the wait however at least four walk in customers came in, ordered and left with their orders before me. I left disappointed and sadly don’t really want to return.

I ordered online so it’s much quicker. My drink was good as well. I’ve never really had any issues. Everything is usually perfect
I was skeptical as there were some reviews on Yelp mentioning rude staff at this particular location, but thankfully I had a great experience! I don’t recall her name, but the tall blondie was very polite to show me where pick up was and I appreciated her kind demeanor :)
