Nekter Juice Bar - Peoria

I ordered my dragonfruit bowl and it didn’t have the coconut shavings on it that I was expecting.

Waited for over 30 minutes by the counter never acknowledged and when I finally asked if my order was ready I was told it was ready before I came in. I understand they were busy but come on.

Consistency of the smoothie I order on a regular basis (PH health nut) is wildly inconsistent in flavor and thickness/texture. I used to purchase 4-5x/weekly. I now purchase 1-2x/wk with intentions to slowly reduce visit frequency.

Great service recovery after only 1 bowl was ready when I had ordered 2. They were very apologetic and worked quickly on the 2nd so my wait was short. Then I received a $2 off coupon in my bag as well. Very much appreciated
