I love Nekter and treat myself to a Pumpkin pie smoothie each year. This one was chunky and hard to drink. It had chunks of ice and dates not fully blended. That has never happened before. I still drank it as I was already headed down the freeway.

I ordered online for pickup because it said 10 minutes. It took 30 minutes to get my order and I say the store and waited for 20 minutes and nobody was in the store.

2/2 last two orders ahead weren’t ready because either they didn’t get the info via the app or didn’t read it. I order ahead for pick up because I work and swing in to grab and go. It’s not working. I think your app has issues. The people work hurry to get my order ready but it cuts into my brief break and I was late getting back one time. I communicated this and no one responded so I’m not so sure where this will go either. Love juice as a mainstay of my diet. So I order thru you.
