I tried to order using your app. Continued to not work. Called the store and the teenage girl was unable to help as they were too busy and she sounded annoyed I even called. Ordered online and when I arrived to pickup product, I still waited 15 more minutes for product to be completed. Was not pleased with customer service.

My smoothie wasn’t very good, it still has unblended pieces and way too much peanut butter. I’ve gotten things from there before and usually they’re good but this time it was not that good. It was the chocolate peanut butter smoothie but I didn’t ask for extra peanut butter.

It was great. My order was ready when I arrived and everyone there turned to look up and someone greeted me when I arrived. I said I had a pick up order, they asked my name, and then they handed it to me with a receipt and straws.

i’m currently pregnant and my cravings have been the smoothies but for some reason at this location they always end up really liquidy. the smoothies were still good but an option in the app to make it on the thicker side would be super helpful! Other than that we love nektar!
