Friendly staff. Bowls were perfection!! Love our neighborhood Nektar!

Awesome as always. Fresh and yummy protein bowl served by fabulous staff.

I am sad for our neighborhood that this location has changed ownership. We will not be going back. Previously, it was fun and therapeutic to get a nutritional drink or bowl after our workout. We even got a barre discount. Not any longer. They don’t honor i No one acknowledges you when you walk in. Stood at counter at least 15 minutes before anyone looked up to take order. No hi or welcome. Received a phone call while waiting for food and they thought we were at a club. The music is so loud and can’t be turned down. New owner has it hard wired. Between the blenders and the loud music it gives you a headache. The icing on the cake was our food sat there due to either not calling our name or music so loud we couldn’t hear them. Finally, we took our melted items and ate outside. Sad sad change.

My smoothie bowl and smoothie were completely liquid. Nothing frozen about them. And the smoothie wasn’t well blended, chunks of spinach and banana still.

I am a huge fan of Nektar and try to treat myself at least once a month. Although I have tried to over look it this Peoria, AZ location needs much improvement. The staff is always iffy. The açaí bowl I always get has come out soupy and lacking in flavor on many occasions. Today put an end to my visits though as I can’t have kale and although I ordered to not have it in my bowl the girls put it in away. They were really busy and must of missed my request. My stomach has been killing me all afternoon. Just can’t risk it anymore so unfortunately I won’t be back!

The bowls we use to get were a lot more full to the top now we get less food and it’s not up to the top anymore. The workers are very friendly and polite

I ordered my dragonfruit bowl and it didn’t have the coconut shavings on it that I was expecting.

Great service recovery after only 1 bowl was ready when I had ordered 2. They were very apologetic and worked quickly on the 2nd so my wait was short. Then I received a $2 off coupon in my bag as well. Very much appreciated
