I usually enjoy Nekter, but today my smoothie had no flavor. Nekter can be inconsistent and I don’t know what I’ll get quality wise.

I enjoy the friendliness. I’m always met with greetings when entering and the service is pretty quick. My suggestion would be for them to taste the smoothies before serving them. The last couple times I’ve been I didn’t enjoy my smoothie because there was just way too much ginger added.

I am a regular at this shop and have always had a great experience until today. The lady working was super friendly but the shop was clearly way understaffed as I waited for 30 mins for my order. I ordered/paid for 4 regular sized smoothies but I was given 3 small smoothies and 1 regular size. My pumpkin pie smoothie was very watered down and was lacking in sweetness. This was definitely a bummer on my Monday lunch break.
