It always seems no matter when I come or even order ahead there is a long wait. Maybe needs more workers! Delicious but the crew is so busy making new orders they don’t have time to check on those waiting in the ordered online/to go line. I eventually had to get in the reg order line thst was 4 people deep just to get someone to check on my to go order that was in the freezer. I tried twice from the to go line but couldn’t get anyones attention……kind of defeats the purpose of ordering ahead of no one is available to pass out to go orders! There was another person that waited super long for his to go order also and they kept skipping him just yelling out the current orders they had for people (he was the first person in line).
