The smoothie was good and the associate was nice. Ordered on app to pu. I redeemed my reward but I was charged. I lost my points and the associate said she can’t do anything about it, the app is having issues.

They also have fresh made Acai and other delicious delights made to order. --- Updated Review – Disappointed and Removing 2 Stars We’ve been loyal Nékter customers for quite some time now, since this location opened a few years ago. Lately we have come in almost daily and always order a large drink. Over time, we noticed something: after preparing our drinks, the staff consistently ends up with excess product—extra smoothie or juice that doesn’t fit into the cup. It’s already paid for in the blend. It’s right there. But instead of offering it to us or even asking, they pour water into the blender and dump the perfectly good leftovers down the drain… right in front of us. We finally asked—kindly—if we could just have the extra, rather than watching it go to waste. The employee flatly refused. No apology. No effort to meet us halfway. Just filled the blender with water and discarded everything, all while we stood there. That moment changed how we view this place. We’ve had truly exceptional culinary experiences—places like Daniel’s Table and Jackalope Ranch—where the service is thoughtful, generous, and personal. That’s what a 5-star experience should feel like. But what happened at Nékter wasn’t just wasteful, it was cold and disheartening. It showed a lack of hospitality, care, and basic customer appreciation. For that reason, we’re removing 2 stars from our original review. It’s not fair to true 5-star establishments to let this kind of service go unnoticed. If Nékter wants to stand among the best, it needs to act like it. Until then, it’s 3 stars from us.

Great! Smoothie was delicious and my order was ready when promised.

No one said hi to me till I was standing there for 2 minutes. My smoothie was average. I’ve had better at this location. It took almost 20 minutes

Love your smoothies but every time I walk in your store, the smell of cleaning chemicals is sooo overpowering. The fumes are insane I literally just want to get in and out and can’t help but wonder if that’s all leaching into the produce. Last time I picked up, there was rap music blasting using f word and n word and it was pretty shocking to hear that in a business. Smoothies are great and I will continue to go there but I do think improvements could be made in operations.

I go to Nekter Juice Bar because they have a green smoothie I love with quality ingredients! It’s never too sweet or wrong and I use the app a lot to purchase ahead. It’s our go to lunch!

the store needs more staff. too busy to even greet "not allowed" to sell an empty Nektar bag "not allowed" to put a large smoothie into 2 cups

I love Nektar....super convenient to grab a healthy 'Health Nut' Smoothie, my favorite - while either during work or next door at Restore Wellness. I order online and accumulate lots of free points...So that means free smoothies. Maybe I should do a gifted type collaboration with you as I can post ea time I'm there....I think maybe that classifies as a VIP - Definitely a repeat customer ea week!

The smoothie was good but I used the option to add raspberries during the online order and didn't receive them because when I got to the store the employee said they didn't have them. She was nice but also didn't really apologize and was basically like "don't do that again because it'll charge you for it and we don't have them." It sounds like the option for raspberries needs to be removed and the store isn't able to do.
