I ordered online, I picked up my order and took it home where I noticed there was no granola. I ordered and paid for extra granola on both of my items. I feel as though when I picked up my order she should have notified me, there were not any other customers in the store so it's not as though she was too busy. I returned as granola is what makes it for us, and this is not the first mistake we have noticed from this store, she informed me the store was out of granola and this is why she added extra toppings (coconut chips), I informed her I no longer wanted the items as the granola is a deal breaker, she then informs me she cant do a refund as she is not the manager. This is absolutely ridiculous to me, I now have to wait and continue this mess.

This was my first time trying Nekter. I’m in Palm Desert for work and stumbled across it. I had a açaí bowl and it was fabulous! I ordered online and it was ready when I arrived to pick up.

my pre order was not ready. when I finally got to the front of the line he told me they did t have the ingredients for what I pre-ordered. he was nice and offered to try to make something else. but the pre-order problem made me late to work as well

Ordered through the app Sunday morning. When I got there around 830am your store was closed. The door even states that you are opened on Sundays.

So, today we were served by Fatima. If I give this service less than one star I would. I was served the day before by a professional gentleman who knew how to do his job properly.
The customer service today from Fatima was shocking and I regret going here. We ordered 3 dragon fruit bowls and the portion sizes were smaller than what I imagine a child’s size would be. She must have made one portion and split it across three. Please go to the other juice bar which is just around the corner. Better value for your money and better customer service.
