My protein bowl today was more on the liquid side like a smoothie. It was also smaller than my usual. The last few times I’ve gone, my order has not been ready on time.

Website did not provide the option to add granola to the bottom of the PB& J bowl. When I called store to explain, they had already made the bowl for delivery and said that they will add granola to the side as a one time exception because we should be charged for it since i selected granola on side. When the bowl got delivered there was no side granola nor granola on top. They also did not include SPOONS for a 7 item order including two bowls.

Not very friendly employee, bowl was made with minimal fruit. I think I had half a strawberry and two inches of a banana that was it. Usually açaí bowls have fruit piled on. Just not enough to on this one at all to reflect the heavy price for the bowl.

This was my first time trying Nekter. I’m in Palm Desert for work and stumbled across it. I had a açaí bowl and it was fabulous! I ordered online and it was ready when I arrived to pick up. Thank you

So, today we were served by Fatima. If I give this service less than one star I would. I was served the day before by a professional gentleman who knew how to do his job properly. The customer service today from Fatima was shocking and I regret going here. We ordered 3 dragon fruit bowls and the portion sizes were smaller than what I imagine a child’s size would be. She must have made one portion and split it across three. Please go to the other juice bar which is just around the corner. Better value for your money and better customer service.

It’s usually great, but lately the açaí bowls are smaller than they should be. In some cases, the bowl is only half full.
