Previously (years ago) have done juicing cleanse so decided to try smoothies and waffles. Easily ordered online, and headed to the store fairly quickly. Another customer was at the register but I was greeted quickly. Once the customer was done ordering, the associate quickly completed my order. He worked fast but carefully and I was impressed by his grace (for lack of a better word). Protein waffles were both pretty and surprisingly tasty and the smoothies were exactly what we were craving. Would definitely recommend this location and would order here again. Oh, also smelled clean (bleach) so I felt confident it was sanitary.

Service was very depressing. I just tore my acl so I’m limping in and immediately I could feel the employee not want to take my order. She didn’t even make eye contact with me. I tipped her anyways cause she was working alone and I thought maybe she’s just overwhelmed. I also came back to pick my drink up and it seemed like she made me wait longer to get it out of the fridge, even when she gave the person in front of me their order and just disregarded me. Not sure if employees are treated poorly here, but I don’t need this negative energy. I’ll get my juices elsewhere from now on.
Since the business hours have changed I can no longer pick up in the a.m before work for myself and colleagues. One day I tried ordering ahead and the system was down tried from 7:50-11:00! Called in,but was notified they can't accept phone orders! I had to go in. If I hadn't promised my co-worker a shake, I wouldn't have even bothered that day! For the most part I love Nektar always give 10 ⭐ bc staff are great

This has become my favorite Nekter location. The staff is always friendly and provide quick service. I love being able to order ahead using the app.

Had to cancel order it was the wrong store. Called the store and they were so helpful, said to do on app, but was unable to do so. They left a note for the owner/ manager for refund.
