Hi Sydney, I love my daily experience at this location, my juices are always made on time and the customer service is perfect. However today (10/25/23) at 8:40am when I made my online order and arrived to pick it up the doors were locked and it appeared that the store was closed. So that was a little disappointing.

I ordered 2 , good to go boxes today at 8:45 am. to pick up at 2:30. I got a confirmation email. I showed up at 2:25 and was handed one, good to go box. I asked for the 2nd, and was told I only ordered one. I said, no, I ordered and paid for 2. I have a party waiting for me and I need 18, so I ordered 2 boxes, then a separate order of 2 more. They said, we'll have to call our manager. I showed them on the receipt that it says 8 per box. I asked them to please start making them asap, as I needed to pick them up at 2:30. One went to make a call, while one started making them. After about 5 min. I asked if the other person could come help because I am in a hurry. I felt ignored. Then the girl came out, didn't say anything to me, but started making them with the guy. When I asked for the other 2 that I ordered separately they said again, we only got the one box. I said it was a separate order, then they looked and said oh, it's right here. I didn't get my order until 2:55. I was finally given a sort of apology when I was leaving but it was, "sorry for the confusion but we've never done these before." I asked for managers name and was told Sal.
