I have been a loyal Nekter customer for many years, however, today my order was very wrong. I ordered two bowls and the toppings for each bowl were swapped. Aside from that, I did not receive either of the extra granola I ordered, and it was ready 40 minutes later than it was supposed to be.

Very friendly and our smoothie bowls were amazing!

Ordered pink flamingo but unfortunately it was much too watery/liquified didn’t have smoothie/frozen texture at all and not sure if the protien powder was added to it because the taste was different than usual. Ended up throwing it away :( Pb&j bowl was yummy, as usual with açaí having “frozen” texture.

My bowl was amazing this morning. Quick and ready to go is always great too! Thanks!

The staff person this morning at 8:30 am Corona Village Nekter was fantastic to work with. I had a large order for 25 people and she was timely, professional, helpful and very informative. Enjoyed the overall experience and the oncology staff and nursing team loved the bowls and smoothies for breakfast.

The quality of our 2 açaí bowls were great. Only slight complaint is that order was placed online at 3:52 and pickup said ready at 4:12pm. Showed up for pickup at around 4:12 and still had to wait for them to make. Orders were done at 4:24pm.

Easy to order on the app and pick up. Great bowls, juices and smoothies!

Not consistent. My bowl takes watery half the time.

Today wasn’t good at all, my açaí bowl had some green leaves in it I guess it didn’t get completely cleaned good enough from the previous order… it also taste bitter I’m guessing because of the leaves too.

Good! I was surprised after indicating "no granola" on my online order today that granola was added. When I arrived, I was asked if I really wanted no granola (???). I don't understand the confusion regarding that request. It was handled quickly though, which I appreciated and the bowls for me and a coworker were very good! Thank you!

Online order was timely but my açaí was totally liquid by the time I got it and was before pick up time
