absolutely excellent customer service! pricing is the only reason I hesitate to recommend. But, this is a company issue not an employee issue. The employees were wonderful!

The employees were sweeping, making a drink then go back to sweeping. I had two drinks. Had to wait for the employee to finish her sweeping to proceed wth my next drink. Plus the two employees were having personal conversations the whole time. My green drink had way to much ginger. I had to fix my drink and add ice, water, banana and apple when I got home just to get that flavor drinkable. I love ginger but I didn't order a ginger drink lol. I love nekter but some of the experiences make it not so lovable and make rethink making my own drink at home.

On My last visit to your store I used the promotion that was going on at the time to receive a free upgrade on my purchase. Upon receiving my purchase I did not get the upgrade I got the 16oz that I originally ordered. I informed them that this was supposed to be an upgrade due to the promotion to 24oz. they claimed that it was a 24 oz drink when it was clearly in a 16 oz cup
I put my drink in a measuring cup and it was only 16 ounces

Carrots need to be cleaned before juicing, makes a huge difference in color, taste and texture. Today was more orange-brown than orange.
