There was a gentleman inside already behind on the orders. He was working alone . I emphasize with him. However, the owners of this establishment should know that there should be two people working here. The patrons come to grab their requests within a reasonable amount of time. This was an unsatisfactory visit and the LONGEST THAT I HAVE HAD TO WAIT TO GET MY ORDER. I literally only ordered one thing. I will not be coming back here. Also, he messed up on someone’s order and remade their order so this took more time. I was here for almost 25 minutes. Come one! Happy Sunday! ✨ This is clearly a reflection of on the company not the employee. Management, leadership, what’s going on?

On 1/26/25 I placed an app order before 7:30pm. I arrived to closed doors at 7:45pm. My pick up time was 7:48 and hours say open til 8 pm. I was questioned at the door and then let in. My order was found and made but at first he was trying to say no orders are taken after 7:30. My order was completed at 7:27 and he found it in the printer. He was kind to make my order and I was grateful. I expressed my appreciation with a “Thank you so much”. However I was given a negative attitude, which included a rude handoff of my order and zero response to my thank you. It’d be nice if the store could remain open until the hours stated. This is the second time I have arrived before closing and the doors were already locked.

I recently visited Nekter Juice Bar in Fontana, and I have to say, it was an outstanding experience! From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was clean, inviting, and full of positive vibes. I ordered the Tropical Cooler and was impressed by how fresh and flavorful it was—perfectly balanced with just the right sweetness. Their acai bowls also looked amazing, and I can’t wait to try one on my next visit.

Andres went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, checking in to make sure I was happy with my drink and offering helpful recommendations for next time.
