I always have great service at Nekter in Hazel Dell. The east side is good, but HD is just a step above. I will go out if my way to go here!

I only have been to the hazeldell store but you have an amazing team there. Always friendly the Manager of that store is wonderful and does her job very well. I feel like customer service is a lost art and is not taught anymore. Your Manager at this store does just that wonderful customer service. I do on the other hand am not to happy with the lack of follow through from your upper management I have had an issue with communication and such I still have not resolved a previous issue with an order and have not heard from anyone about what is happening with it still. But I know it's not this store or nekter in general but communication would be great. But love this place and will continue to go the this store because they care.
