Stopped here to grab a smoothie. There was one person in front of us and 5 employees. It took over 25 minutes for them to be brought out. Yes I understand things are "made to order" but there's other similar places I've been to that are much more efficient. The staff seemed totally confused and were just standing around a lot. Definitely need more training. And I was disappointed by my smoothie, it didn't have much taste. For the price and this experience I'll definitely be going back to Jamba Juice for smoothies.

Hi Kelsey- I am so sorry. This is not at all how we want our customer's experiences to be. This is far too long especially for a smoothie you did not enjoy. Our team is new and still in training. All smoothies are not created equal so we hope you do try us again and see a great improvement. =)
I absolutely love Nekter and everyone works sooooo hard. There are times when it’s so busy with only two people working but as busy as they are the are ALWAYS provide amazing customer service!

Everything was great as usual. Only complaint this time is that I asked for one of my drinks with ice and the other without since I got the BOGO for mother's day and wanted to drink one immediately but they both had no ice 😥 not a huge deal but I definitely prefer to have my juices cold.
