Rating 4 stars because I’ve had multiple good experiences before at different locations. For my last visit though, if I remove banana form an order (which is $1 to add) and replace it for almond butter (also $1 to add) that I shouldn’t be charged extra? I saw the charge on the screen and asked about it before paying and the person just said that it’s the cost. I chose to not tip instead because I usually tip $1 per drink. I know it’s only a dollar difference but was just a bit of a bummer.

Hi Luke- thanks for reaching out and sorry for the confusion. Bananas are actually a free upgrade but adding blueberries, strawberries or any nut butters are an additional cost.
