Good customer service

Walked in and no one greeted. 3 employees were working. My friend and I stood at the counter and waited for 2 mins before any of the 3 looked up or said anything to us. When 1 of them did she stated that the computer was down and to go ahead and order on the app so that we weren't waiting too long. I went ahead and placed my order online. The same employee that asked me to place the order via the app 5 mins later she asked me what my name was and proceed to make my order. She was the only polite, semi friendly and social employee out of the 3 women that were working. I understand under times of stress we begin to focus on the problem and not customers in front of us, however, being a lead at my job which is also very customer facing we are to never lose focus on our customers. Overall - The product was good. But the customer service was poor.

Well I had a pickup order, when I showed up it wasn’t ready, and someone else who ordered something at the counter as I was waiting had their smoothie made (i watched) and finished before mine was ready. I just got a juice with a couple add-ons. I paid for extra ginger and lemon and clearly there was not extra of either in my juice. That was disappointing, especially since I usually tip when ordering mobile and basically I paid 3 extra dollars (including $1) tip for my small juice with 2 add-ons for this type of experience, and without my add-ons being added.

I visit this location often and am always pleased with the service I receive there. The staff is wonderful there!!

I absolutely love nectar. It’s like a non guilty treat. Tastes amazing and there is something for my whole family.
