We always love your food, but unfortunately the higher prices are getting ridiculous. Even just better rewards would help a lot (like less specific rewards - instead of a $3 smoothie, maybe just half off any item?). We think a shift in the rewards program could make us keep going despite the higher costs.

The online ordering app is easy to use and incorporates all your preferences. The staff is fast and friendly, and the food is fresh. I’m addicted to the Protein Bowl. It’s filling and delicious. I eat here 2-3 times a week!

My order wasn't ready when I arrived, it was supposed to be ready 8 minutes earlier. I had my kids in the car, I couldn't wait. I never got my order.

Yet again late for work when ordering on the app. I don't see the point in the service and a time that it will be ready. Very frustrating and just about done with this place.
