usually customer service is spot on, but today it seriously lacked. Not only I but another customer was basically ignored for several minutes. And we preordered ahead of time. WE had to approach the personnel again to check on our order. Which coincidentally, was already completed. We were sitting there for no reason

I love this place! The staff are always friendly and the juices are great. The wait can be around 15 min and I haven't experienced anything longer than that. But to be fair the staff are making pre-orders on top of walk-ins, they do the best they can!
Everything is made fresh so sometimes there's a small wait, but it's not a huge deal. You can always pre-order!!!
I'm happy to wait for fresh healthy food to be made. Better than waiting for nasty fast food.
