Our order doesn’t appear to be made correctly. I’m not sure if the cup size is different and that why the parfaits are not filled all the way. But this is not the typical presentation I’m used to seeing with this order.

Order was ready before the expected Time which was great because I was really, I didn’t catch her name but the one who made my smoothie makes them the best! So yummy!!

Really good drinks and bowls but if you're doing take out you need to order way in advance or else its not worth the wait. Their completion time for take out is never accurate at all Nektar locations. I order 30 min in advance for "ASAP" and they are always 10-15 min later than that. I've went about 15 times the past year and it was like that almost every time at every location. Not sure why it takes 45min to get 2 bowls. Hire more people or hire better people.

Everything tastes good and we got our food in a timely manner, staff greeted us when we arrived and said a farewell to our family when we left.

We just discovered this place! We have tried the açaí bowls and smoothies and we LOVE them! However, the past three times we have gone (twice in person and once via an online order), we have had to wait way longer than expected. The employees have always been incredibly kind and welcoming. It’s just the wait (average 20 minutes) that is painful.

Smoothies were great! A bit expensive and the mobile order wait time was surprisingly long, ~30 minutes.
