We often order through the app, and wanted to give some feedback about ordering the chia parfaits through the app…
1) you cannot order them past 12pm, so we had to order in person.
2) There is no option to select no agave.
Hopefully these kinks can be resolved so we can order chia parfaits through the app after 12pm, and select no agave.

Staff is a little slow on delivery.
One pick-up before me, 1 customer in the store already had their items. And me, inplced my order on line. I did get there early, but there was no sense of urgency to get things done three employees not a whole lot happening.

I love Nekter the most out of smoothie bars in the area. Nutritious, delicious, low sugar content if any. Staff is friendly and helpful, I always feel welcome at their Hazel Dell location. And I’m especially grateful they have pea protein and don’t use dairy products in their food<3 that’s the best part! My only concern is plastic waste. Not sure if the disposable cups and spoons are compostable. But besides that 10/10 Nékter!
