This establishment is notoriously slow, even when you call in the order! They always lack customer service skills that are necessary in a fast-paced establishment. I do not recommend this store.

Love, Love Nekter ! My favorite fast food. My only complaint is when it’s busy and they batch more than one order in a pitcher, I have received the wrong order and have WAY less açaí in the bowl( not even close to halfway). I am paying at least $13.00 each , almost always buy 2 at a time, and I’d like to get my money’s worth. Luckily, that doesn’t happen regularly, but is such a bummer when it does.
It also would be great if there was a way on the app to sub fruit without paying extra. Example- extra strawberries, no blueberries 😁
