Every time I order from Nékter they are so kind and efficient. Whether I’m ordering pick up or come in house with my daughter and have smoothies there. Would recommend the Hazel Dell location to anyone! 🍓🥜🍫🫐🍌

We love the bowls, but for the size and contents they are extremely over priced

I like the smoothie and in store experience; website and all are glitchy.
Website captcha didn't work, then it worked but then the login screen kept refreshing.
Once I logged in and started my order, the location changed; I could not turn off the GPS location guess and choose the location manually.
App did not store my credit card properly so I will never use it and uninstalled.
My browser stores my card info. I'm not interested in typing card info every time.

I got a large smoothie- I think you may have had someone new making it. Usually it’s filled to the top. This was down maybe an inch. Also instead of being really smooth- it might have had too much ice added. It was like drinking little ice crystals. You crunched them before you swallowed. The flavor was pretty good. Maybe not quite as intense as normal but wouldn’t complain about that. Hope this helps.
