Nekter Juice Bar - Vancouver

This was the first time I made an order for pickup. I walked in and mentioned to the staff that I wasn't sure if my order would be ready yet since the app said it still would take another 5 minutes. One employee said 'For Allison?' I responded, 'Yes, that's me!' She retrieved the smoothies from the fridge and set them on the counter. I said 'Thanks so much, appreciate it!' No greeting, no other conversation, no goodbye. Maybe I caught the staff members on a bad day? The interaction felt oddly and cold. The smoothies were great though.

I love Nekter! Service is always great, if ever there is a mistake Made they quickly and happily fix it.

I order ahead, I get there to pick up my order and it hasn’t even begun getting made. This has almost every time I order from this location. They mark my order as completed when they haven’t even started making it.
