The online order process is so easy. The smoothies are amazing and the customer service we receive every time is fantastic!

It was an online order for pick up so it wasn't as much of a wait and not many customers were inside. Was quick! Friendly service while waiting a lil for the order to be completed.

Good experiences at this location, always. Prices are a little high at Nekter so I don’t go often.
Regarding the app: I bought several gift cards last year and didn’t use them all, but haven’t been successful in figuring out how to use smaller balances on multiple cards. Other apps (Starbucks, for example) allow me to add the card to my account in the app and it’s there until the funds are fully exhausted. It’s a much more satisfactory experience to be able to do that.
