Well I had a pickup order, when I showed up it wasn’t ready, and someone else who ordered something at the counter as I was waiting had their smoothie made (i watched) and finished before mine was ready. I just got a juice with a couple add-ons. I paid for extra ginger and lemon and clearly there was not extra of either in my juice. That was disappointing, especially since I usually tip when ordering mobile and basically I paid 3 extra dollars (including $1) tip for my small juice with 2 add-ons for this type of experience, and without my add-ons being added.

Staff is friendly and patient, and the juices and smoothies taste excellent with all natural ingredients and the ability to customize. The space is also clean and inviting.

I saw that the PB&J smoothie bowl was off the menu. I thought I would try the peanut butter bowl instead….. It may be just me but I much prefer the peanut butter in the scoop on top then blended in with the smoothie. The smoothie tasted gritty. Not a big deal but maybe try a taste test and check it out. I know that if I request the peanut butter on the side, your awesome peeps will accommodate 😃 I was just super surprised at how insanely different the flavor and texture was. I will definitely keep coming in and I think you guys are fantastic! I’m an avid juicer and love that you guys keep me on my juice game when I run short on time.

The smoothies and juices are incredible, but the girls that work there have never greeted me when I have come in and make it a pretty intimidating atmosphere. I will come back for the product, but not the customer service

Best juice in town!

This was my first time ordering from this location, I usually order from the one off Chkalov in Vancouver. Both locations have always delivered in speed, quality, and friendliness! Quickly becoming one of my favorite juice bars.

The juices are delicious and the employees are always so sweet and happy. Highly recommend Nekter.

I placed a pickup order said it’d be ready in 15 by 4:24pm I walked inside and mentioned i placed an order gave my name and they started making it only then. The d juice texture also feels like it has sand in it, like it wasn’t blended thoroughly enough. There was nobody else in line. This was the first time I forgot to pre-tip while placing an order, I wonder if that has anything to do with the poor service I received today.

Stopped here to grab a smoothie. There was one person in front of us and 5 employees. It took over 25 minutes for them to be brought out. Yes I understand things are "made to order" but there's other similar places I've been to that are much more efficient. The staff seemed totally confused and were just standing around a lot. Definitely need more training. And I was disappointed by my smoothie, it didn't have much taste. For the price and this experience I'll definitely be going back to Jamba Juice for smoothies.

Great juice, great customer service

Everything was great as usual. Only complaint this time is that I asked for one of my drinks with ice and the other without since I got the BOGO for mother's day and wanted to drink one immediately but they both had no ice 😥 not a huge deal but I definitely prefer to have my juices cold.
