Delicious bowl friendly service

Things have been amazing for a long time. I have noticed lately things missing in my order- peanut butter not being blended in, missing PB drizzle, also observed scooping from one blender into my husband bowl & mine but we had different protein boosters and ingredients. I’ve seen less blended base put in bowls then any extra being dumped in the sink??? Why not put it in the bowl??! I pay on average $15 for my bowls and feel like I am not getting what I paid for as much as I used to. 🫤. Deanne

First time here and it was so good! I got the chocolate protein bowl with the agave syrup. It's sweet enough without it! Will definitely be back to try other bowls.

I absolutely love the quality of the food and the things that you offer. There are a couple of things to drive me insane. For instance, today I ordered PB&J bowl. I asked for a layer of Chia pudding. They put it in a container on the side. Additionally, my container is so jampacked that the lid doesn’t even fit on. I cannot stand it when I open the lid and it is covered with all the peanut butter that I really want on my bowl, not on the lid. Other times when I’ve ordered a smoothie and I’ve asked for PB&J, sometimes they put it in the smoothie and sometimes they put it all over the side of the cup. The quality is inconsistent. and please stop overpacking the containers. I took photographs if you would like to see them please let me know how to forward them on.

This place has always delivered. Very friendly staff and perfect drinks and bowls everytim thank you guys so much.

I love this store! Nekter juice bar is my Friday morning treat every week. I love the Super Bowl açai. I can order ahead and they are always ready on time And easy to pick up on my way to work. The girls that are in there in the morning are so sweet and pleasant. I highly recommend this store!

Items can be a little slow to receive but the staff is all very nice. In fact, I was accidentally charged for four smoothies instead of one smoothie and three turmeric shots. I didn’t even pay attention, tipped 20%, and while I was waiting, the gal notified me that she had made the mistake and refunded me. Love your smoothies, juices, bowls, and shots.

I ordered on the app but when I arrived, they hadn't received my order. They were very nice and made my bowl anyway after showing them the order on my app and the email confirming my order. However, I ordered the PB bowl and I'm not sure I tasted peanut butter so I really don't think I got what I ordered.

Regular customer here due to consistent friendly customer service and perfectly made smoothies/bowls.

My only complaint is there is no option to add a scoop of peanut butter to my acai bowl. U can add pb in it but I like a scoop on top
