The employee at the counter didn’t acknowledge our presence. We had a mobile order and she didn’t look up to ask us if she could help. Another customer came in to pick up his mobile order and he was helped first.

I love this location because everyone here is super friendly and they always get my order correct. I used to come here every day but have been on hiatus because pineapple matcha smoothie is gone. Please ask corporate to bring it back, not everyone drinks coffee for caffeine!
