I love your products but if I'm going to pay a premium price,I need to receive a premium product, each time, 100%.
The last time I was in, my acai bowl had a green apple with brown spots on the flesh and it seemed to feel a little slimy. I removed the apple and ate the remaining product, which was delicious, but it would have been more delicious with the apple

Ok we were frezing in your store while we were eating. Really ruined the experience!!! You need to keep the heat warm and. Cozy not ice north pole!!! Hubby and I and we asked other customers to they agreed. I was miserable for 20 min after leaving trying to warm up. This will make me not want to go back..
