Customer service is excellent. All staff are friendly and informative. I've visited the downtown location twice and each time I had a pleasant experience. I've fallen in love with Nektar downtown. 🥰
Eveybody is absolutely beautiful. Super friendly and so informative. I came once during the weekly farmers market and once during the week on 15 minute break. I felt so welcomed each time. I want to try everything in the store at least once. I fell in love with Nekter.

It went well. Order through the mobile app, and it was ready within the 15 minutes. The only thing I’d say is about the app. Please do not advertise you get a free bowl for signing up and downloading the app for the first time then to once the app is downloaded say it can take up to 48 hours for it arrive. Kinda bogus if you ask me. I don’t know if that will ever actually end up in my app or not. Service and drink was good though.
