Went to Nekter the other day and not only was my açaí bowl incredible, but the service was too! Delaney was delightful and super nice and helpful. 5 stars all around

Annika provided such amazing customer service! I ordered an item that normally comes with granola, but they had unfortunately run out. She was so kind and apologetic, and she made sure I was okay with a substitute before preparing my order. Her friendly attitude and genuine care made what could have been a small inconvenience a great experience. It’s employees like Annika who keep customers coming back. Excellent customer service! Annika greeted us with a smile and made ordering really easy. The drinks were fresh, delicious, and made perfectly. Highly recommend this location!

I usually go to another Nektar location but I decided to give this one a shot and let me just say the customer service that was given to me was robust. Annika was the employee helping me decide which smoothie to get and she took the time to find out if I had any allergies and what flavors I wanted. Not only was the smoothie amazing, it came out in no time. 10 minutes tops. I will be coming to this location from now on.
