Nekter is healthy and tastes great. Summer helped me and gave good customer service. I will be back.

We came in soooooooo late like 7:02pm and they not only gave us exceptional service and were beyond accommodating! So thankful and so spoiled!!! Cindy is phenomenal and her husband Leland and heather giving you a huge shout out!!!!

We called in an order at 6:50, arrived at 7 when they close and Cindy, Leeland, & Heather still took great care of us! Wonderful customer service.

I ordered online a 1 day and 2 day cleanse for my husband. He went this morning and they had no record of it. I texted him the screenshot of both orders he was picking up today. They sent him away with a modified 5 day cleanse, with two celery juices vs one celery and one classic greens. He made sure they wrote down his pm pick up of the two day cleanse. He went back and they still hadn’t made it and had nothing for him to take away. Their suggestion—come back tomorrow. I called after I heard about all of this and spoke with “Aleah” who said it “should” be there. I asked what time? He needs to pick it up around 7am (you know, cause we work), and she said maybe 7:30. I asked for the franchise owners name and phone number (Cindy Shaw) and the number I was given was completely a fake. Unbelievable. This place is a joke. If you value your time—skip this one. It’s sad because we are pretty loyal customers. We will see if anything gets done. Maybe Cindy cares enough to read reviews and take action.

I'm a total chocolate purist. Chocolate needs to meet taste, texture, temperature and visual attributes to meet the highest standards. This chocolate is OFF THE HOOK AWESOME. SKOOP VEGAN FROZEN TREAT. It's oozing with cocoa. I'm in heaven.

I am really feel disappointed with the service. I ordered fruit bowl online around 6 pm and after 2 min. I got a call that they are unable to process the order as they are closed now. I told them it’s fine if you are unable to fulfill the order and asked them to return my money. But they simply refused and told me to come personally at their location next day. Are you serious?? I will drive 20 miles to get a fruit bowl next working day !!What the failure of the online technology !! You should only use the technology when your employees know how to use it in the system. I am really disappointed by the way I was treated.

I waited almost 30 minutes for an order for a client. Hopefully that is not the norm 😑
