I was flat out lied to by the manager at this location. I asked PRIOR TO PURCHASING a gift card, if they were refundable if you didn't use it and had your receipts and was told that was no problem. She didn't double check or make it seem like this was an issue. I purchased the gift card based on that knowing I might decide on something else for a gift. I tried to return 24 hours later and the same manager brushed me off and told me "oh we don't do refunds on giftcards". It's obvious they wanted the money and didn't care to give me any correct information. Their number to corporate is just a spoof number that spams you on hold with various long prompts about foreclosures, substance abuse, etc, except speaking to someone. Yes I could sell it and eventually get my money but it's hard to appreciate a business who lies for a sale and then doesn't care after the fact. They got their money so it's my issue now not theirs.

This particular Nekter was terrible. I have been many times to the one at Park and Preston. I was very disappointed in this one. They put about 1/3 açaí base, 3 strawberry slices, 2 blueberries and maybe 5 slices of banana on top. Really sad considering you charge $10 for a bowl. Don’t think I will return to this Nekter.

Love this location. The girls who work here are really nice and the smoothies are always amazing! Try the celery juice cleanse, it’s so good!

Fresh , tasty , health and creative drinks and food. You can order via tour phone in advance and come in to take your order or just come and enjoy your time inside.

Love this place! Delicious bowls and fast service, especially considering they’re serving up fresh,’are to order product! Love the Dragonfruit bowl, super delicious! I tried the ginger shot today, loved the kick in it! Keep it up guys! Ps. tried “Skoop” last time and it was super delicious!

Now that I’ve started going to other locations out of convenience, I realize how good this location really is. They are very consistent and very timely. Yes, like other locations they sometimes run out of fresh ingredients which is expected. As always, the products are always great.

I pre-ordered my almond butter smoothie bowl using the app last night. Which is my norm. I picked up my bowl on my way to work. Get to work and notice something is wrong....the color looks different, so I taste it and it's AWFUL! ALL I CAN TASTE IS RAW ALMOND BUTTER! I'm certain they didn't add Acai berry and probably left off other ingredients. I eat only this particular bowl regularly and I'm very familiar with the taste. I'm so annoyed because I've had a few challenges with this location and now I'm done. About a month ago I ordered using the app, 2 smoothie bowls and my sis picked them up and met me for lunch. When she got to me, not only was the order wrong but the bowls were half full. Thankfully the manager Bree was very considerate and gave me a free bowl. I waited a week before redeeming my free offer and that bowl was half full. And now this? I only use this location because it's convenient on my way to work. But my preferred location is west plano on Park. I think I'll just wake up a little earlier if I want a smoothie bowl and stick with my preferred location.

Love Nékter juice and Skoop (their vegan ice cream)! So surprised to see the negative reviews. My husband and I tried this location a couple of months ago and have had great service and experiences. Staff is very friendly and will take the time to explain the ingredients in their smoothies and to recommend items. Find myself craving the a Tropical Cooler...so refreshing. And their Skoop summer flavors? Awesome! Great way to treat yourself with a healthier alternative to regular ice cream.
