Showed up to pickup an online (2/2/22 at about 3:50 pm) order and two girls were hanging out in the back. They hadn’t seen three orders come in, lied that they “just came in,” started them out of order, made a juice for a guy who walked in two min later and handed it to him, then a bowl for a girl after me, then began to make mine. Waited ten min plus the ten min it took to drive there. Employees aren’t paying attention to online orders coming in.

Your product, the service, and the overall atmosphere of Nekter is terrific, and I continue to go 4-5 times a week, but the app is just terrible. It never remembers my credit card information so I have to insert it again almost every tIme, quite a few times the app simply doesn’t work, other times it isn’t updated. Please please get a better app.
