We were not greeted when we walked in. We ordered through the app and got there 10 minutes before the "due" time, but had to wait 20 minutes to get our stuff.This store always seems to be understaffed. The two employees were working hard, but two wasn't enough.

Everyone was super nice. But I was 7 min late to pickup my order & my refresher wasn't ready... also was completely filled with ice (my fault for not putting no ice). But it was gone after 3 gulps. Very disappointing

Placed order on app at 10:10am and it stated it would be ready at 10:30. When I arrived at store employees had not even made my order and said to give them 10 minutes. It is now 10:50am and I am still waiting. I’d like a refund, there’s no point in ordering in the app for pick up if it’s not even ready.
