I had pick up order. When I arrived my order hadn't even started to be done yet. In the end, they simply ignored my order. They gave orders to people who came after me. What is the ignore policy? What are pre-orders for then? 15 minutes of waiting and I finally received my order. Thank you, I was late for work!
