I placed an order for a 4:00 pm pick up and it wasn’t even ready and I waiting an extra 10 minutes for that. What’s the point of ordering online if we still have to wait after the time it’s suppose to be ready? I feel like I should have been offered something complimentary for the extra wait time.

The bowl seems to have less fruits for my last two orders. If the strawberry is too expensive, maybe add more banana or apple?
