Good experience and my order tasted great however, upon starting to get ready to eat my bowl, I realized that the extra almond butter scoop I ordered on top was not on fulfilled on the order. This was very disappointing. It’s my favorite part of the bowl and is a $1.50 upcharge. This isn’t the first time it’s happened. I couldn’t go back because I had already started towards my drive to LA.
Location was understaffed at lunch hour. 74% of the staff was outside having a meeting/chat. My order was not ready by the pick up time. I waited over 15 minutes for my order after I arrived & was acknowledged by an employee who took my name. There was 1 employee doing all she could then once line was handled she called in an employee from outside at the meeting/chat. Once he came in they both hustled but it just wasn’t enough for all online and in person orders. My order was missing ingredients, I had to bring it to their attention. My entire lunch break was spent going to and waiting on my order. I ordered ahead so I could pick it up and run my errands during lunch but errands got cancelled due to order not being ready on time. Those two employees hustled but wait times were long for all. Not sure I’ll be back as often.
