Placed a mobile order to use points that were expiring today. I took a little longer to drive down, but I appreciated the service as the worker pulled my drink from the refrigerator. That little touch was unexpected and very appreciated. It was a small gesture and unsure if it’s common practice, but the fact that it was done was meaningful. The smoothie I ordered was delicious as well, well prepared. I finished it before I got home
